Policies & Extras
Rates - ( based on 2 persons/adults )
- Additional Adults = $10.00 per person per night
- Additional Children 3 years and older = $5.00 per night
- Pets are allowed = $20.00 per pet per stay.
Payments
A Credit card is required to secure a reservation. Where no
Credit Card is available at the time of reservation, a deposit
of ½ the total reservation charge must be made to secure the
reservation. Payment methods

- E-mail money transfer
- Money order
- Direct deposit to company bank account
- Cash
**Note; American Express credit cards are subject to 5%
processing fee.
Cancellation Period
The cancellation period for all reservations is
2 weeks prior to arrival date. Reservations must be prepaid
two weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellations made prior
to the cancellation period are subject to a $50.00 cancellation
fee.
Minimum Periods Weekends - July 15 to
August 25
- 2 night minimum in units #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,
11 & 13
- 3 night minimum for units 10, 12, & 14
Other
We have a variety of cabins, some of which are of
a similar design. We will make every effort to place guests
in the cabin reserved. However, we reserve the right to change
a reservation to a similar unit. Interchangeable units are;
- #101/103,
- #102/104,
- #105/106,
- #108/109.
Tabletop BBQ's provided, but you will need to bring a propane cylinder (small tank)
